Clara: Under the Wrappings

Oh look I arted (This is what I get when I don't sleep)
I wanted to draw Clara because I feel that she's not getting enough love, hopefully their are more plans for her in the future
I do not own Clara, she belongs to

Before you say anything about how bad it is remember that I'm still learning....and I absolutely can not shade worth a crap D:

So last night I had a bit of insomnia and well when 4:30am came around I said screw it I'm staying awake (so I did) I was hopelessly bored sitting in my room so I started looking at some of my notebooks, and I found this little piece of fanart that I had started last year, but never finished. But since I didn't go to sleep I worked on it and then planned to scan it onto the computer but apparently the USB thing wasn't plugged up (and I have know idea which wire it was) so I went old school and took a picture of it, did some photoshop magic (which I still suck at) and here it is And the clasp/button thing is supposed to be swirly, but I tried and failed repeatedly trying to draw it. And you proably can't see it, but those familiar with Clara know that she has a piece of hair in the middle of her face. Well she pinned it back so she could see her face (you could see it in the original, before i added effects to it(like I said before I suck at photoshop))

This is a little something that formed in my head as I was working on it:
Clara sensed the mirror in front of her and began to unwrap the bindings, there was not a time in her past that she didn't recall wearing them. She wanted to see it. She was always told not to take the bindings off, if she did it would weaken her abilities. But she had to know. See it one first and last time and then hold the image for the rest of her life.
As the bindings fell, she stared into the mirror. It had never been there to begin with. If it had been there at some point, perhaps when she was younger, then it had faded away over time. Her still covered hand went to touch it. A small stream of water started to come from where her eyes should be. She would never know what it looked like now. Clara's face was gone.
